How do you make your nose look smaller?

Before you make contour of your nose, you’ll need to use your foundation. Apply your foundation as your regularly would be, including your nose. You’ll contour your nose on top of the foundation. This will help your makeup look more natural once you blend everything together.

You can use powder or cream-based makeup. Also can use special contouring and highlight makeup, or you can use matte eyeshadow. Avoid anything with shimmer in it, or your skin will look shiny instead.

5 Ways to Contour Your Nose

Step 1: Thin your nose by adding a concealer that’s two shades as lighter than your skin tone to the sides of the nose. Make sure you go up the nostrils and just along the bridge of the nose. Then straighten the bridge or, in the case of flatter noses, lift it by placing the the same concealer down the center of the bridge. If your nose is long, stop half an inch before reaching the end.

Step 2: Add two lines along the bridge of the nose shaping the bridge, making it appear as thin as you like. Don’t be afraid to go onto the bridge if necessary!

Step 3: Blend everything together using a mini beautyblender, starting first with the lighter products using the rounded bottom, then the darker products using the pointed top. Make sure you really blend! If you are taking photos you may want to experiment with how obvious the lines are by snapping some pictures. Once it’s all blended in, set your nose with a face powder using the beautyblender.
